Items per page (default: 20)

Search query (matches ticket title, module code, assignment name, and username for staff)

§role: Option<String>

Filter tickets by role (student, lecturer, assistant, etc.)

§year: Option<i32>

Filter tickets by module year

§status: Option<String>

Filter tickets by ticket status

§sort: Option<String>

Sort fields (comma-separated, prefix with - for descending)
